FITS program is designed to foster holistic well-being within individuals and families by combining balanced nutrition, regular physical training, and mental mindset coaching. This comprehensive program empowers individuals or families to thrive together.
Program Duration: 4 weeks
NUTRITION, MEAL PLANNING OR MEAL PREP
- Introduction to Nutritional Basics
- Nutrition seminar explaining the importance of a balanced diet.
- Introduction to food groups and portion control.
- Meal Planning, Grocery Shopping and/or mealprep.
- Interactive meal planning session for healthier meals.
- Guided grocery shopping trip focusing on selecting nutritious ingredients.
- Healthy, Effective Cooking
- Cooking class for preparing balanced, delicious meals.
- Encourage children to participate in meal preparation or selection.
- Mindful Eating Habits
- Teaching about mindful eating habits.
- Discuss portion control and recognizing hunger cues.
- Counting macros and micros
PHYSICAL FITNESS & TRAINING
- Fitness Introduction
- Weekly training session led by a certified fitness trainer.
- Start with family-friendly workouts that everyone can enjoy together.
- Varied Physical Activities
- Introduce a variety of physical activities such as yoga, hiking, or sports.
